Markers + Unsupervised 3 year old =

Yup, Alex decided his body needed to match the color of his shirt last night! I was getting Gabe ready for his bath when my Mom was like "Tania, look at your son!" I looked at his hair because whenever he goes into my sister's room he puts on GLOBS of moose on and his hair is always all messed up. So I didn't notice the green marker all over his face for a second. Then his arms, and he smiled and his TEETH were green too!! Ugh! Crazy kid was drawing nicely in the kitchen and ran out of room on his paper so he decided he would color on himself! Oh this kid! LOL So I had to scrub his body to get the marker off. He kept asking me "Mom, are you happy?" he only asks you if you are happy when he knows he did something wrong and is in trouble LOL I had to explain that he CANT draw on himself! This is the second time he's done that! The first time was last year around this time too! Maybe I'll have to hide markers in December lol this is becoming a trend! LOL Well enjoy his pictures!





(Oh by the way, David is out of town in Flagstaff for work, so we decided to stay at my Mom's house until he gets back. I HATE being home alone with the boys while David is gone. lol so this is my Mom's house)

Gabe 2 months

Look at those chubby cheeks!!!

Gabe is now 2 months! WOW! Time sure is going by faster than when he was INSIDE! (o: He had his 2 month well baby visit on November 30th.

Weight- 13lbs 4oz 75%
Lenght- 25.5 inches! 95%

Gabe is now wearing 3-6mo sizes. He is pretty long so most of the 6 month sizes fit him for the lenght but not around his body LOL They are HUGE on him, but needs them for the length! He is going to be a tall boy!

He is starting to smile a lot!
He LOVES playing "Pat-a-cake" and just smiles and smiles the entire time
He is starting to chat a LOT!
He hates being alone
He hates being in the dark
He eats between 4-6oz every 3-4 hours.
He is now on regular Similac formula
He goes to sleep at around 8:30p-9:30p
He wakes up at 2:30a to eat and goes RIGHT back to sleep
He wakes up again at around 5:30a to eat again.
He goes back to sleep at my Mom's until around 10am!
He loves chatting with Alex.
Alex is his favorite person to watch lol
He loves "The Sunshine Song"
He is a very mellow happy baby! (o:

Meeting Santa

We told Alex that if he was a good boy we'd go and see Santa. So he ate his breakfast, and cleaned up his toys and was an over all pretty good listener. So we took him to see him. We had to wait in a LONG line to see him. Well actually Alex decided he needed to go Potty, so we ran to the bathrooms while David and Gabe waited in line. The entire time Alex was telling me what he was going to ask Santa for, and he was so EXCITED! By the time we got up to see Santa he got all embarrassed, and just said "Hi, I'm Alex, this is my brother baby Gabe" LOL Santa said he was a little nervouse holding Gabe because he was so little. But the picture turned out pretty cute (o: I love it!! This is the first year Alex has wanted to get even close to Santa! He's usually either scared or not interested lol

Now we just tell Alex he'll be on the "Naughty List" when he doesnt listen. I wonder if that would work all year long? LOL

Thanksgiving 2009

Thanksgiving is my FAVORITE holiday! I love cooking and being with family! It's a lot og fun! This year we went to my parents house. I made the turkey following a new recipe my Dad found on the internet. And it was DELICIOUS! (o: Made our house smell sooo good too!!! Well enjoy the pictures!
