Peter Piper Pizza

Alex making his Pizza!

Auntie and Alex on a "Roller Coaster". She is such a good sport! She rode

 this like 10 times haha

Gabe LOVED being able to play in this play place without other kids being there!

They had a lot of fun playing Air Hockey.

This is my best buddy Marissa! She was the speech pathologist at my school! I'm sad that she wont be there next year!!

Gabe and Emma are best buddies! She is Marissa's daughter!

So, went to Peter Piper Pizza "Behind the Slice" tour this morning. It was so much fun! The kids ABSOLUTLY loved it!! They don't normally open until 11am, but this tour was at 9:30am, and it was JUST for us! My friend Marissa found out about it and set it all up! So it was Marissa and her three girls, her friend Jewelle and her three boys, and My sister Jenniffer, myself and my two boys. THATS its! Seriously! No OTHER kids were there!

They started it off with a little tour of the kitchen area. We also go to watch how they prepared the pizza dough and how they cut it up and that was kinda interesting. I do wish that the girl who was preparing the dough explained why she did what she did. The kids were asking US questions haha

Then they let us see the HUGE walk in fridge! Seriously reminded me of when I worked at the movie theater and I counted everything for inventory! haha anyways the kids thought it was funny to be able to have that many people IN the fridge haha

Then, they were able to make their little personal pizza! Alex made sure to tell them that he HATED cheese and wasn't going to put ANY cheese on his pizza haha Gabe wasn't sure about touching the cheese or pepperoni, so Auntie did that for him.

We then watched them put the pizzas in the huge oven! And we waited for them to be done!

They gave each kid their own tokens and they got to play in the play area all alone!! It was seriously the BEST way to take them there!!! I'm always quick to say "NO!" when friends ask if I want to go to Peter Piper Pizza, or Chuck E Cheese, because I always stress out about how BUSY they get and how many people and STRANGERS are there!

STRANGER DANGER!!!!!!!!

Which was the biggest reason that I wanted my sister to come since David was at work! But this was seriously the best way to go there! No creepy weirdos to worry about and the kids had fun not having us hoovering over their every move! Which is usually how we do things! haha and also we were able to just leave our belongings on the table and not worry about people stealing anything!!

Afterwards they were able to exchange their tickets for prizes! Alex always feels pressured to pick his prizes really fast because other kids are waiting. So this was nice, and we also got the employees before they had to deal with a bunch of other indecisive kids. So they were super patient! Even with Gabe!! (o:

so they got their prizes, 2 sets of dominos, two matchbox cars, a bunch of candy and tattoos and stickers.

This was the first time we left PPP without a meltdown!

Thanks Marissa for setting this up for us!!! It was the best!!!!
