TRAGIC!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost my camera!!!!!!!!! I am so sad!!!!!!!! I was all ready to post pictures of my classroom, and I can't find my camera!!!!!!! I have so many pictures on it right now!! )o: I'm sad!

My birthday is coming up in about 2 weeks, and my best friend Kim, decided that we should go watch Wicked! I've never been to a professional musical before! Just the ones from High School! LOL So I'm so excited!!!!! So on October 4th, a month exactly after my birthday, we're going to L.A and watch Wicked! Thank You again F.O.M!!!!! I'll see you THIS weekend!!!!!

(Oh yeah, we're going to California this weekend for Labor Day!)

I'm thinking of not blogging anymore. I don't seem to be good at this anymore lol I remember when it was new and fun to blog. Not so much anymore. Maybe I just need to be more interesting? LOL We'll see what happens with this blogging shenanigans. I don't think anyone reads this anymore anyways lol

(Random funny: David is reading to Alex in his room, and I looked down and saw Alex playing with books in here?! lol I swore he was still in the room with David since David is STILL reading out loud? LOL He must love "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" LOL)

Duty

I hate bus duty!!!!!!! Now they just told me today that my classroom will be the 5th and 6th grade pick up room! Ugh!!!!!!! There goes my prep time! Now I have to babysit in the Morning and afternoon! UGH!


:::UPDATE::: YEY! My VP just told me that if we have afternoon pick up, we wont be required to do morning bus duty!! YIPPE!!!! Still irritating about Afternoon Pickup!

(Pick Up Room means that all the kids that get picked up will come to my classroom until their parents come and pick them up.)

First week of School

I have 35 kids! Last year I have 26 kids! My classroom is a lot bigger this year than last year, but my patience isn't! Which I know is going to be hard! Ugh! ::breathe:: "Patience is a virtue my friend" I just have to keep reminding myself that! Also that just a few months ago they were 4th graders! So I can't expect them to come in an be all mature and non-talkative already! Talking in class is my biggest pet peeve. Doesn't matter if I'm the student or the teacher, I can't stand people chit chatting! Drives me absolutely INSANE!!!!!!!!! As David says "It makes my eye twitch!" lol

Ok ok enough about that! I need to remember to bring my usb cord so that I could upload my pictures of my classroom. I like how it has so many different colors! (o:

Alex-ese

I started work again on Monday after being on summer vacation for 2 1/2 months. It was kinda hard to go back since I've spent the last 2 1/2 months all day long with my baby! I miss him like crazy at work! If he wasn't such a menace I'd take him to work with me lol Alex is so funny, he's starting to talk a lot more lately, you can have a conversation with him! His new favorite phrases are:

"This guy!"
"Hi guys!"
"I don't want to watch this"
"I don't need this"
"I don't like this"
"Yum, my favorite!"
"Good night guys"
"I love you"
"That's not mine"
"I don't want this"
"I like you"
"Alright! Let's eat!" (LOL this cracks me up!)
"Stinky sock bomb!" (got that from his dad)

He is talking a lot more. He comes up with new things to say every day. I love it! LOL See why I miss him!? I love my little kid!

We moved Alex up to a twin bed, I need to take pictures and post them soon. We went to the Goodwill, to see if we could find a decent "temporary" headboard for his bed, and found a really good one for $24! It's made for a full size bed, so its a little big for his bed, but it has three shelves on it so we're going to keep it for him anyways! LOL He picked out a (dun-dun-dun) "Cars" bedding set. (I should probably mention that his bedding was NOT from the Goodwill!) It was nice. We also got the twin bed from my parents. It's so weird to see Alex in a twin bed! His room looks like a big kid room! No toddler bed anymore! Oh well! LOL

Anyway that's my little Alex update! I love my son!

Last Week

This is my last week of summer vacation! )o: It seemed to go by pretty fast! I so didn't even get what I wanted to get done, done this summer!!! I wanted Alex out of diapers! But he thought otherwise lol I wanted to get our house all clean and organized, and that didn't work our as planned either! Oh well!!! Anyway I go back to work on Monday, next week we have teacher prep week where we set our classrooms up! I'm so excited about doing that because last year I didnt get the chance since I started after another teacher left. So I'm excited about that!! YEY! Anyway I have tons of pictures, and stories to post, so I'll do that in their own posts!
