Alex's Vocabulary
Alex has become a regular chatterbox lately. He will use complete sentences and everything! He is so much fun to have a conversation with!
Alex: "Mama, where is Dada?"
Me: "He is at work today."
Alex: (hands me my cell phone) "Dada should come home now and play."
I was dressing Alex in a shirt that Jenniffer got him that says "Auntie Rocks!" So I was going to put it on him yesterday.
Me: "Alex, come on lets pick out some clothes."
Alex: "Alright Mama"
Me: "Look, its a cute shirt Auntie got you!"
Alex: "That shirt is uuuggllyyyyyyyy"
He could be running around in a shirt and undies, and as soon as you tell him we are leaving he'll run around.
Me: "Come on Alex lets go bye bye"
Alex: "My shoes! Mama my shoes!"
Me: "Alex, how about your pants?"
Alex: "No Mama, my shoes!"
So Apparently he could run around outside pant-less but not without shoes lol
He wouldn't put his shoes back on in the car
Me: "Alex you need to put you shoes back on. How are you going to walk to Nana's house with out your shoes on?"
Alex: "I'll run Mama!"
Alex is allowed to watch either one show, or have 1 story read to him every night before he goes to sleep. You have to have him tell you how many shows, or how many books he's going to watch or have read. He'll put his little finger up and say "1 book Mama!"
If he wakes up in the middle of the night, he'll still say "I book Mama" LOL
Me: "Alex, Uncle Matt is coming to visit this weekend do you want him to go Trick or Treating with you?"
Alex: "Yes, yes, yes! I'm scared!"
Me: "You are scared of Trick or treating or Unlce Matt?"
Alex: "Trick or Treating Mama! Other Uncle saves me!"
LOL So Apparently Uncle Matt will protect him from Trick or treaters! LOL
My baby is so cute!!! Such a big boy!!
He is pretty much potty trained during the day. Some days are better than others. But he's going great!! He is so cute! I love him so much!!!!!!!

Fall Festival and Class Move
I had made my kids keep the class room as neat as possible so that Mr. Woessner wouldn't have to clean their mess. So they were so good at cleaning up. We had our party and they cleaned the class really good too! I was impressed. Then we started our move. Which with 36 kids helping, went really fast! I should have known WHY it went fast! They seriously threw everything all over the place! Books, and papers, and supplies everywhere! Jerks! lol And to top it off, Woessner left the classroom a complete mess! Cookie crumbs everywhere, chips, candy wrappers. Ugh! Seriously HOW RUDE! lol I told him, I was going to clean up teh room and throw the mess in his room! Oh well! I did "make" him move! So I had from 3-5:30 to try and get that monstrosity set and organized! Yeah that so didn't happen! I had to take pictures for the yearbook! So I would walk around and take pictures and "mingle" and sneak back into my class and work on setting it up! (I should have taken a picture of that mess!). So I got all the bulletins put on the wall, and my book shelves put up and organized. I need to go in sometime next week and organize the desks and vaccum the floor. I'm not sure in the maintence people will even touch my room, or if they are even working next week. So we'll see!!!!!!
Anyway the fall festival was so fun. The kids looked so cute dressed up. The teachers set up all sorts of different games and stuff like that! They had a salsa (dip, not dance) contest, and the salsa was so good! I love chips and salsa! Well anyway here are some pictures from the festival!
She looked so cute in her costume. I loved her eyelashes! lol
They were in charge of the money and tickets!
Carolina, Gerardo, Raymond, Vanessa
and Savier. They are in my class too.
I have over 200 more pictures, but they are full of people none of you know, and or care about. So I left them out! LOL

Vent - the vent
My principal just came in here and told me that Mr. Woessner agreed to move when she asked him this morning! I was like WHAT?!?!? He told me NO flat out yesterday! I told her she probably gave him the "look" lol So now even though it's inconvenient to move during the school year, today and tomorrow, we are working on switching our classrooms around. But at least my kids will have more space! I do loose my window lol but have an exit door now that we could leave open if it's nice outside. (o: YEY! I'm excited!!!!!!!!

Gramma, Grampa and the Meow
There is construction starting across the street from our house. (There is an empty lot there right now). Anyway, the construction crew was there this morning, and I asked Alex "What do you want them to build there?" and he put his little finger up to his mouth and said "Hmmm" and thought about it for a few seconds and then decided "A Park Mama! With Swings and a wee!"(he calls the slide a 'wee'), so I said "That would be fun huh? What else should they put there?" and he went into his thinking mode again and said "Hmmmm Gramma, Grampa, and Grampa's meow!" LOL So I guess Alex needs a visit to or from Gramma and Grampa soon! (o: Oh and the cat too! LOL Crazy kid
I almost got hit by a car today!! It was so crazy scary! I was walking from my car to the front office (I had JUST gotten to work) and this Mom just dropped off her kids and was watching another car. I saw her face and knew she wasnt paying attention. I kept walking far from her car. She made a HUGE wide turn and I froze! I acually put my hand up and touched her car! (Like my hand was strong enough to stop a car! LOL) She was that close! She saw me and slammed on her brakes! Lucky for me! Dang how much would that have sucked?! To get hit by a car ON your way to work seriously! She jumped out of the car and appologized. The Vice Principal saw the entire thing and came over. He thought she hit me! I wanted to yell or punch her lol But I was just shocked. I doubt it would have killed me (lol that sounds funny) but she would have broken something. The vice principal yelled at her too. Seriously what if I was a kid who was just dropped off and ran or something?! She seriously would have hit the kid! I told the principal, and she was like "You should have come in and told me right away!" I was like "Um didn't you just see me walk in the door?!" LOL She wanted a despciption of the Mom so she could yell at her. I was like "I dont know what she looked like! She looks like all the typical hispanic Moms who come and drop their kids off. Tanned skin, Dark hair, in her PJs!" Ugh lol If I saw her again, I'd remember her though! LOL
On a different note. I LOVE Mondays-Thursdays LOL My kids leave for an hr a day Mondays they have Music, Tuesdays and Thursdays they have P.E, and Wednesdays they have computers! Friday is the only day I have them all day. Oh well lol

I love Fall
1. No more 100+ weather!
2. I could open the windows in the entire house, and it still feels really nice!
3. Long sleeved shirts
4. Cute feet jammies for Alex
5. Sweaters
6. Socks
7. Fall colors!
8. Means the Holidays are JUSt around the corner!!!!!!!
I love Fall! We've had our windows opened since around 10am and it feels so super nice! There is a nice breeze out too! If it were to stay like this ALL year long, I'd be in heaven!! David even took Alex to the park this afternoon! (o:
Finally!
Cleaning cleaning cleaning!!
As a "condition" to get a motorcycle, David had to decide whether he'd get a bike, or keep the Mustang. He was NOT allowed to keep both! We don't have money for both LOL AND I want my garage spot LOL So he decided he'd get a motorcycle. So now he's going to take all the parts we bought for the mustang, and sell them on a mustang site. (o: YEY I'm excited to get rid of the mustang!! (I know that sounds horrible, but it's so expensive, and he never has time to work on it, so at this rate we'd have a broken car in our garage for the next 10 years!)
I'm also going to finish cleaning out Alex's closet! OMG that boy seriously has a lot of clothes! Sadly hardly any fit him anymore. He is so tall he needs 4T sized clothes now! He is not even 3 yet! The clothes fit him big at the waist, but he needs them for length! Anyway my friend Brenda is coming over to get clothes for her almost 1 year old. (I'm going to keep everything that is JUST TOO CUTE! Or unisex, JUST in case we ever have another baby!). I'm going to split the rest between Sam and Jenn and send it in November. Too bad my kid is the biggest! )o: Everyone gets free clothes and I have to buy more LOL (I'm mostly kidding, he'll get tons of clothes for Christmas, and his Birthday) Anyway I'm excited to get rid of clutter! (o:
YEY for um... fall cleaning?? LOL

Birthday Party
This past Saturday, we went to my friend's daughter's 5th birthday party! Sierra is Alex's best friend so he was pretty excited to go and see her. They don't get to see each other very often because Sierra is in school now, and Alex is still with my Mom. So when they do get to see each other they have a lot of fun, and don't fight anymore! So that's good.
