That is what I thought, Tania . . . Everybody was raving about them when they first came out and I had NO desire to read them . . . they did not appeal to me at ALL . . . but when I began reading them, I was quickly hooked. She is an incredible, gifted story teller, and I absolutely loved them all (though one or two took me awhile to get into . . . the first part was confusing to me, or maybe it had been too long since I had read the one that came before).
